If payment has been received from the insurance company there's nothing to collect. 

I’m going to lend  to a few people I know with LLC ‘s  on some mortgages and receive interest , I am not putting myself out to public lending just some commercial loans as LLC single member pass through  , do I have to pay local taxes in Florida , I have no brick and mortar , no employees , just LLC in Florida and live in Texas , there is no work involved I just receive interest .

So I was OK with receiving a small amount of rent in the beginning because I saw the future potential of the property.

Over time, it should even out but inflation could be 10% in a given year, that doesn't mean EVERY tenant received a 10% pay increase.

An update...It took some real patience, but finally received and signed an amicable contract for the featured agent program. 

I wouldn't want the landlord living in my rental with all my belongings, using all my spicy mustard or my V05 Extra Body Shampoo.
