For some efficiency sake, I’d probably just batch a bunch of rentals into one entity.

Pick a few counties, pull a few lists and sent out a few batches of, say, 100 mailers each.

Then you can qualify the lead, most of the time people are nice (especially if you bring your dog with you).I would recommend using Batch to find pre-foreclosures.
