I am really inspired by people who a take something that 95% of other investors would pass on and make it work exclusively for them through sheer will and creativity even with bad market conditions.

Airbnb and Vrbo will expect your rental to get 5 star reviews, to them anything less is a bad review. 

By repositioning the property (like improving tenant quality or adding amenities), you can boost the NOI over time.

I always thought that in need to invest where I lived and for may years invested in bad areas that I thought I needed to.  

The bleeding is now over and you can move on with a quality tenant that will provide you the cash flow and property respect that you deserve.

Does this mean section 8 is bad, NO, but this can happen in any city or state.
