How can I assess if this builders deal is a good one?

Id say in my market place somewhere around 1-2% of properties have disclosed variable rate commissions.

Condos do appreciate, but you want to make sure the HOA is solid and that there are no assessments coming any time soon.

Some advertise in the Bigger Pockets marketplace.  

It may not be an accurate assessment if there is more information not yet produced.

Recently my duplex’s property value was reassessed and my taxes went up almost 3x what they once were (bc it was assessed pre-flip before my purchase) so my Escrow shortage is about 4k.

The guy with the newly acquired triplex (I am eager to see how it goes), said he had 120 responses on Facebook Messenger in about a 4-day span when he originally posted his "for rent" ad on the FB Marketplace.

Another incident is with the lead assessment which is due for my property this year.

I gave my assistant access to my Facebook account to post and respond to inquiries and Facebook said that we broke their rules and that I cannot post on the marketplace.
