I’m brainstorming ideas on how I can market myself to potential mentors in the STR game in order to gain experience.

What areas do you find the best ROI on your flips?

The homes are newer, the weather is better, etc etc. 

Shut off the main to the building and check the meter to see if its running , if so you have an underground leak . 

It makes sense now seeing that its more about ongoing duties after registration.Were I in a position to pursue syndication, I would certainly follow your advice and seek an attorney.

I dont like any company personally that does not put their principals on their website as in meet the team.. ... 

But just hating on wholesaling in a wholesaling forum is so unbelievably pointless. its not dead per se  but it is starting to be regulated as it should.. oregon just passed their version. where to wholesale you now need a license and over site by the RE commission.. along with criminal back ground and a BOND.. and as we know not everyone can pass either of those with the bond being the tough one if you have bad credit your not getting a bond.

Are you focusing on adding them in the general PHX area? 

I have no experience with this group but just visited their website. 

The masterminds often encourage students to finance the new-car like entrance fees on a credit card, on the promise of just a single deal covering all the entrance costs.
