Like writing something that's asking them are they looking to get rid of their property and/or looking to purchase more.Or just send the regular age old "I want to buy your house cash, close quick" blah blah blahAny help, comments, or opinions is appreciated in advance.ThanksMy experience says make the message sufficiently broad so that the phone rings, even if it generates calls from interested buyers.

I will send the PR 1 letter stating we want to buy their home, the next week is a voice-mail through sly broadcasting( they get a voice-mail without the phone ringing) that says Hi we sent you a letter, last week, we still are interested in buying your home, please call as soon as you can.
