I've seen many different forms of promotions to get a renter to sign early; gift cards, percentage off of rent, or something like a small deposit for a pet, etc. 

Even though there is still room for promotions and different job titles.

If your intent of this post (as suggested as a possibility by another poster) was to market yourself, then this thread will get shut down as self promotions are not allowed outside the marketplace forums.As far as your rant and self proclaimed war against the “boys”, I think it is in poor taste but that is simply my opinion as this topic is just your opinion, not fact.

There are countless posts over the years with all types of companies selling this stuff.On Facebook I must see 10 suggested posts a week by companies promoting TRAINING, blah,blah,blah.

It is far more difficult than it seems/being promoted.

I am moving into it due to a promotion closer to the area.

It's certainly not quick and easy.What is everyone else thinking about promoting "opportunities" like this?

I'm going to assume a majority of them came from the "gurus" boot camps and bus tours , since wholesaling is being promoted as "easy money". 

but first,  seek for mentors who are not promoting their mentor ship program, who are trying to make money and may not care about your well-being.
