Not just your deposits, but those of us all would do a major pounding on them.

Some states have statutes regarding the language of the notice and whether it has to be served but it is the typical penny wise/pound foolish example to not spend a couple dollars to protect your rights.

I just don't want to dig out most of it, gravel it, pound the gravel down, then in a year or two have to do it all over again :)

However, I have a 70 pound pit bull and I haven't had to do any of that.
