WIN PC's are a PITA in so many ways.

However, like you're doing, look for answers and opinions of other experienced REI's...and maximize BP's tools and library of information, and you won't go wrong.  

Scott's books, Brandon's books on Rentals, and the new Tax book from BP), and working my way through any of the decent books on real estate that my local library has.Looking forward to talking with and learning from the BP community.

And, yes, maybe keep the library panelled. 

We meet every Friday at 1200 at the Chinese Buffet on Russell Pkwy and have a monthly meeting, usually the third Thursday from 6-8pm at either the Centerville library or Nola Brantley Library.

It's across the street from the senior center and new library, so I am hoping to draw in that elderly crowd as future renters and work on acquiring all the buildings around me as well :)Thanks for the warm welcome!
