I’m looking at one of these myself in our little town except I have no intention of running the restaurant downstairs.

The downtown has over 500 empty buildings, there is buzz that the Jacksonville Jaguars owner is going to redevelop 13 acres along the waterfront with a convention center, hotels, and more destination stores and restaurants.

There are lots of good restaurants in the area and is close to the downtown area of the town.

In the past a businessman can exchange a restaurant to a home etc.

Over time the neighborhood was rezoned and our first residence became a bar and the second a restaurant.
