Believe it or not I've gotten more information out of this thread already than I've gotten from some very expensive wealth planners.

My question is - Shall I simply not take a chance with her and inform her that I have found discrepancy on her application and her background and just ask her to evict?

Look up the default risk by credit score, this information is readily available online.
