@Joe Butcher,After reading the lawsuit you posted it looks like the women might be gold diggers because they went to a strip joint and to a hotel with the subjects, and it looks like a set up.

"Yeah, I'm just a guy like anyone else, so I have a private jet, forget the Lambo and solid gold toilet, whatever, there just things, I'm an average Joe who found out....". 

Certainly this is not the case for everyone but a cautionary tale nonetheless-especially being out of State.My CPA is referring this investor to me because he knows I like the Lansing, MI area where prices are similar but taxes are lower, labor cost lower, and lots of economic development because it is the State capital.To your success!

Joe or listened to his podcasts, you know he has section 8 tenants living in 900k luxury homes.

So if you can figure out how to reduce costs there with your own labor or something similar the case for solar panels gets much better.
