That's the next domino to come, Powell pretty much said it's inevitable.

More importantly, Fed Chair Powell spoke about upcoming tightening of lending conditions due to the recent banking drama.

Powell explained that housing is measured as a lagging indicator in the data the Federal Reserve considers, but he expects to see disinflation in housing in the second half of 2023.
