There are good properties to be had, but I think approaching the market with a flexible mindset and investigating a lot of options is helpful.Account Closed 's post is good cautionary tale for young people putting off getting started in RE.

CashFlowInvestorsPortal.com provides private label website, CRM, and third party site syndication like facebook, Instagram, Craigslist and others.

On the bigger pockets Instagram there was a picture of a fix and flip and it mentioned what they did themselves and what they hired out. 

I've seen his posts on Instagram for as long as I can remember.

I'm sure this will be one of those cautionary tales of learning I share when I am a wise and seasoned investor.

Unless the prospective tenant has passed the basic tests (FB/instagram, employment verification,  basic background)  I wouldn't do one unless A+, not worth the risk, and our properties are 45 minutes away.
