To find out the amount of the subordinate lien through the NSP program, you’ll want to pull the title report for the property.

Looking back 7-8 years from when I did that, if I had held on to the one property between cash flow and appreciation, I'm not sure I'd be any further ahead. 

Make the place nicer or lower the price to get bargain shoppers.
