simply put homes that are bought in INdy for 10 to 20k are in the HOOD plane and simple they are not B- they are D And maybe C - this operation is new the owners are new to the space and many have gone down this path before them and they end up moving out of the asset class in this price range as their investors realize that this tenant base is anything but consistent in length of residence and quality of the home after a tenancy.

old doors like that - you might have to do a little planing, etc. but I like to keep the millwork uniform throughout if at all possible.Your tenants might even be willing to do the legwork to find the door themselves.

Renting them out is not an issue as demand for homes in stable neighborhoods is currently very high.When looking into out of state investing, I couldn't get comfortable with the fact that my assets would be a plane ride away, I'd have to rely wholly on an out of state team and I also didn't have the time to spend researching the sub-markets of the area's I was interested.
