Flatline population growth is a sign of a poorly managed state and large or soon to be large, government debts (e.g., Illinois).

For example, I am a little concerned about some aspects of the business cycle recovery and a potential for a double-dip so I lean toward the safest part of capital stack which is debt (or low-debt equity).

Selling a hospitality property like this is a lot more valuable if you have a booking website, leads generated, upcoming bookings, etc.

Most of us have passions that will never be followed, amazing businesses or ideas that will never be pursued… unless we can solve the Cash-Flow Freedom Equation, which ultimately leads to Time-Freedom.
