Hello everybody, I'm not an investor yet, I've been browsing the forum to learn mostly.

In my opinion the tuition to the camp was money well spent.On day two of the boot camp we were able to look at an abbreviated tape of notes AHP was offering for sale and allowed to choose one and browse through its file after we signed a NDA.

All in all, I would say I spend maybe 10 hours a month per property, and that includes keeping up connections, check-ins, reviews of ads, sending emails, researching, and browsing, and financials.

Also, spend some time browsing this forum, you'll find lots of discussion on a lot of different markets, and can learn a lot from others' experience. :)

When I have the time, I take a break from reading/learning/browsing and just spend quality time with them.

Hell, some we don't even have photos because they're in a different area and the people renting the houses are not browsing the internet.
