When you say you are looking to get into multifamily investing, are you planning on staying local, or branching out.

I'm planning on branching out a bit to other states to diversify a bit. 

I own 6 undeveloped lots in Spring Branch, TX (Just north of San Antonio). 

I have held jobs such as working for one of the largest grocery chains in America (as a cashier lol) to picking up decedents as a independent contractor for funeral homes.

In good to better shopping centers, e.g. well positioned un-anchored strip centers with chain store tenants or strong grocery anchored centers, it's very common.  

TD, RBC and BMO all have American branches but they are mostly catering to the snowbirds-type crowd i.e. folks who have a winter home in FL or AZ. 

It is the cause of the problem and will continue to be troublesome.It is just going to cause more issues down the road--like eventually crack your next driveway, impinge on any underground pipes, put leaves and branches on your roof/gutter every storm and every fall, etc. 

No daisy-chains, no exceptions.

Maybe go talk to the local Chase branch manager? 

There is a nice size tree branch hanging on my electricity wire that comes down from the City Pole into my fuse/relay/electricity box. 1.Who is responsible for the upkeep of the tree?
