So I feel compelled to share this little nugget of entertainment with everyone.Yesterday I was walking through a small commercial property, which was deshevled to say the least, and I was completely taken aback once the 'broker' opened his mouth...Let me play Bob Ross for a second, picture.....Danny Divito in but not as good looking.

I agree with J Scott in that buying your own staging furniture is a great investment especially if you plan on staying in this business for a while.Stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and IKEA are great places to find cheap staging furniture.
