I’m a realtor and have completed a CRM on final build so based on a Comparative Market Analysis I would have instant equity upon completion of the build and could sell or refinance. 

The .5%-5% are hesitant as the REI profile is as disastrous as they've seen and they keep  reading stuff from pre-covid to judge the analysis and we all know that won't materialize.Then for 5-15%  is nervous cause the COL has jumped in their face, plus the aforementioned issues.

I know that is a lot to ask for but I don't have anyone else that is a real estate pro or has any experience with multi unit analysis. 1.

Do not get stuck in "Analysis Paralysis"If you keep saying " I just don't see how______________________" pay for the help.
