I bought my first property this February at 19 y/o and it’s been amazing for me under contract on a second one, and trying to lock in a third before the end of this year if not the VERY beginning of next year.

I can have a sewer cam run down for under $100 in my market.

The idea is, at the time the parties agreed on the price, the buyer agreed they had x amount of down payment funds, and needed Y amount of loan to make the purchase.
