You can't get around the auto withholding of taxes from the OTA´s as a foreigner in this country, but A. these are operating costs that exist wherever you invest and B. 

@Dan AshleyI’m a native Brooklynite and love seeing how far Brooklyn has come since growing up there in the 70’s but I was very frustrated when, after living in Manhattan for 20 years, I wanted to move back.
