I think a lot of these folks are selling the illusion of secret techniques to get new investors to write a check.

The forum will be here (and honestly, I use the Search function a LOT).

It is a common concern, I think if you are writing competitive offers then you can request a discount.

I'm writing a separate comment, "Part 3" to address this controversy.

I’m just shocked they can advertise it in writing as a triplex and it’s not.

Also I am highly suspect of a company that would use an endorsement on their hope page of the controversial author Regina Jackson, whose claim to fame is hosting expensive workshops and writing books that claim all white people are racists. 

That someone will write a long answer that will tell you how to do it? 

To wit, people might find this thread and exchange for years to come (I am cognizant of that future audience as I write this).

Our federal government, operationally does not function very effectively and certainly not efficiently. 

Amazing how many people write lies and have zero evidence to back it up.
