It's been a while since I sourced probate data there but they used to have three work stations in the probate department for public use.

I had a company come in and give me a quote to repair the wall (do basement/concrete work) stated it would cost 15K to do all the work (dig out, install drain tile,  jack house, straighten wall, coat outside etc.)

@Skye Penland    I think DFW still looks strong....depending on your views I heard something the other day that I had not ever heard of before or thought of before, but one really good economic advisor said...if you are a company looking to put in a manufacturing plant, or some other type of business, do you want to go to NY, NJ, CA, Chicago, etc...that are very labor friendly or do you want to go to a right to work state like Texas?   

Better hope your paperwork is in order, because even if you're in a free-to-work state the UI claim can still bite you. 

I think new businesses will look to right to work states for future expansion.

Could you elaborate a little more on your "it simply doesn't work" statement?
