Believe it or not there are actual self defense course for people with wheel chairs and they can do some amazing things.Anyone on any day might not make it through an attack but all you can do is train and practice and give yourself the best odds to not be in such a situation.

If a resident with a disability demonstrates that she needs one assistance animal to limit the effects of a mental or emotional disability and another to pull her wheelchair, approving two assistance animals would constitute a reasonable accommodation.It is not necessary for a tenant with a disability to utilize more than one animal for the same function unless a new assistance animal is being trained to replace an older, retiring animal.What if my housing provider only allows pets under 30 pounds?

If it was me I’d tape that eviction notice right to the back of their wheelchairs and wheel em out to the curb .

They are not as distressed, look for stuff like single pane windows, older style of trees - there are several shrubs that were extremely popular in the 80s and are not popular now.. look for wheelchair ramps.

@David Krulac  I had an HOA board once deny my tenant a request for a wheelchair ramp even though she submitted doctor's notes about her disability as they said it didn't conform to their HOA rules.  

She called my 5 days before telling me her husband had a stroke about a month before and they hoped they would be able to still use the house with their family but he was confined to a wheelchair and we are not ADA friendly which is a bummer.I refunded the full amount no problem.
