It's difficult to have a site with the functionality of BP that works the same on an app; a lot of designers are moving towards phone-optimizing language that essentially gives you the website on your phone without you having to pinch or drag to make the view make sense.

I have no experience with this group but just visited their website. 

Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?

I can find the deals through certain websites and other resources, but i hav barely a clue on how to actually pull the comps.

Do you know of any good websites where I can post my deals?

One thing you might think of doing is having and promoting your own website to avoid the exhorbitant fees charged by the third party sites such as Expedia, Booking.com and Air BnB.  

There's a self-proclaimed Section 8 guru online who claims he hires random property managers through this website called Thumbtack.

I forget; it was payment processing related) that required me to have a website for the business.

Website shows up as not protected domain - and no longer in existence that should say enough 

I've even paid for a subscription to have limitless access to all articles on multiple of these websites.
