Is there a difference between being on the Northside vs Southside of some major street?

From what I read in the Wall Street Journal, there's a growing demand in those areas.If you're on the lookout for a reputable financial advisor, I know someone here in Scottsdale who's helped new inverstors navigate the financial maze.

I am looking at a condo that is located across the street from a Sonesta Suites extended stay hotel.

Second Street is an international mortgage lender actively investing in Costa Rica.

What might work well on one street could be a completely different story just a block or two away.

There are also other new construction homes on our street facing the same issue.So, I’m kind of stuck with this property, which is why I’m exploring ways to cut my losses and exit cleanly.
