The same scenario could play out on a local MLS or any other listing site.As for Turnkey companies (Roofstock is not a Turnkey company), I think a vast majority that have a requirement of cash only transactions do it for a reason that is not in the favor of the buyer.

I support (and use) a utility-cost cap amendment in our leases to ward off those who might want to mine cryptocurrency or operate an indoor greenhouse, but the vast majority of MTR have utilities included and the vast majority of travelers expect that they are.
