I have tried to tell some investors, but they usually get upset at me. 

One of the glamp sites I manage has a shared pool and it gets complaints at least once a month on someone being upset with another guest at it.

I’ve found that when a tenant is upset with the park or the owner, they don’t respond to the legal process at all.

If I end up selling it for 100,000 cows, you aren’t going to be upset with me are you?  

I purchased a property at Luzerne County PA upset sale and I know I'm responsible for liens/mortgages ect. 

Please DON'T GIVE ADVICE TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T ASK FOR IT, the law is the law if you don't like it is your problem.Gotta say I am a little surprised you are upset by my statement that landlords should follow fair housing laws 🤣 That point aside, isn't the fact that this thread exists evidence that people are asking for advice? 

Another time I was part of a team that paid him for a coaching call and when it was over everyone was really upset, because all he did was talk about himself.

Then you hear from disgruntled LP investors who invested $5K in syndications and are now upset over paused distributions, capital calls etc.

I did receive an e-mail from them last month recommending that i offer a 10% discount which i was already doing.Forcing an opt out just upsets folks.
