Especially if you have so many properties, what are general tips and tricks you use that let's you take up the least amount of your time as possible?

After spending 10+ years managing over 120 STRs, I would 100% agree with these tips and tricks to getting consistently high review scores!

I didn't think that was possible, but I've had people ask.I think the biggest trick might be not the amount they are getting, but everything else involved.Can they get a mortgage with a payment for what they're getting in the voucher?

Trick is to keep the per room rent slightly cheaper than a studio apartment rents.

Is that standard practice to have to do this, or am I missing a trick or a different loan type similar to a HELOC?
