The Expenses is not important here but for me, it's convenient because it is part of the travel and work we did in the property.

Although most of my stays are <7 days, I've had a few longer stays (business travelers and a family that was going through a full home remodel).

Right now Driving for dollars because of my day job I travel all over Kingman, AZ as a pumps operator, I have also contacted a few real estate agents and they have been a great help.

I use travelers for almost all my STR policies. pretty solid insurance and good price

There is an interest in medium term rentals for travel nurses as well.  

They do seem to need rentals around that area for hospital visitors, maybe traveling nurses, etc.
