Most of the loan modifications that sponsors are touting almost assure this outcome as well.

I’ve been saying for many months that I did not see a path to dramatically lower interest rates like government officials, the media, and many real estate pros were touting.

Ultimately, legal protection by putting your duplex into an LLC has always been something that has been touted by attorneys, but most investors I have worked with have not gone that route.

Just tout how wonderful it is, without alluding to its history. 

The media and many real estate brokerages keep touting "rates are coming down".

LOLOf course those that sell this system tout it.. just like any other guru.... but I am sure some folks have used it well and do fine.. the caution comes from NO actual cash and good credit folks that get leveraged up with no reserves it does not go right they get their butts kicked.. 

My PM initially touted Rhino ~ 1 year ago but lately has changed course.  

So while the proper expertise is vital in a successful ADU project... yes, please do question the tiny house start-up companies, or anyone touting themselves as "ADU experts" without the evidence to back that up.

Don't call a property owner and tout that you have a degree and it qualifies you to manage their property.
