Multi family properties here in the valley are tougher to come by than a lot of other states. 

Moisture/water/mold is a tougher problem than mice.

Laminate is a lot tougher than people think.

Fix and flip will be tougher in Tampa right now as insurance costs are very high so vacant insurance while doing a flip is probably in the stratosphere.

If every country were cut off from each other, China would have a tougher go at going alone than many. 

Some real estate agents think because the funds show more they can play tougher, but I always let them know the funds in there are for specific deals with this one being priced where my bid is.

Unless there is drastic reform, I don't see there being much improvement in the short term or near future for the tougher parts of Kensington.
