Specially considering this is not an old couch or sweater but walls that have been painted over.While you're at it you might also want to look up what your landlord's rights are as simply finding a problem or "unsafe" condition on his property does not constitute a lawsuit if you haven't yet documented your concern for the conditions, as the landlord needs to be given the chance to remedy a condition he might not be aware of.But the best thing that might come out of this entire thread is that Nicholas Moffett is probably your actual name and hopefully that will give a future landlord the chance to search your name and make an informed decision on a possible tenant.Best of luck,Igor
