I think real estate due to the amount of money you can make and how quickly you can make it attracts people who may not understand the idea of sustainability and being consistent in what you do. 

It's a very sustainable and resilient structure.As to the balloon, my attorney has told me that balloons after 60 months and done through an RMLO are fine under Dodd Frank.

Instead, it’s about creating a system where housing remains accessible and sustainable over the long term.

There might be some short term pain on certain materials but long term it will be better IMO.It was not normal or sustainable for home values to be increasing 10-20% A YEAR in certain metros.DOGE is a great thing for interest rates because the 10 year is elevated because we have a 2T budget deficit and its not funny anymore.

When you move out you begin to experience POSITIVE CASH FLOW in which your tenants help you buy the property.....where eventually you own it out right, and now it becomes like a pension..........Predictable and Sustainable income for life.   

It falls short of the 1% rule which with current rates is not sufficient in most markets to have achieved real cash flow after properly allocating for sustained expenses. 

To achieve this, I’m planning to scale rapidly by performing a couple of syndications to acquire a larger portfolio.I currently have a portfolio of 17 properties, but to justify labor costs and create a sustainable structure, I need to expand quickly.
