Finding information this way is often faster when necessary information couldn't be obtained directly through the internet.That's the old fashion way of doing things before the internet.  

On the surface it looks great.

To provide a practical example, I acquired a 60,000 SF assemblage that contained an autobody garage, nearly an acre of surface parking and a 4 unit building in Philadelphia.

I would clean it off wait acouple days and respray that surface.

I'm actually really considering section 8 housing due to returns on the surface.  

This is one of the problems with housing in lower tier markets because on the surface they appear to be great value but capex makes it impossible in many cases to keep them up and running and therefore the cash flow from your spread sheet rarely translates to reality.

If it could do it what it claims to do in a more streamlined and organized fashion, it could be decent. 

Call me old fashioned, but real estate is an income producing physical asset.

I have never taken his course, so can't speak to that, but on the surface of a couple Google searches, of the two he seems to actually be involved in real estate a lot more.
