My plan was to purchase a lot and build a foundation, bring in a doublewide/manufactured house. have it placed on foundation and have a structural engineer reclassify it as fixed real estate. then, I would refinance. 

If a Designer or Contractor is proposing to remove a wall and does not think to check the structural integrity of said wall, then they are no one you should be dealing with.

Then they will start the process over.As for finding a market. 

If structured well, this can be a great way to get started without much cash.

By structuring partnerships, I was able to take down properties I never could have afforded alone.

Have a great foundation repair company in your contacts list as well as a great structural engineer.Some flippers thrive on these properties as without repair they can be difficult to finance with financing an owner/occupant would use.

I travel somewhat frequently for work during the weeks so also trying to wrap my head around how to best structure for that.Anyone open to connecting and / or have any trusted people to help in the event of maintenance issues?
