Would not be a stretch to use AI or bots to do reverse image searches of your profile pics to scour the web for direct booking sites. 

If it was even worth that to begin with, which is a stretch in most cases.It's mind boggling the amount of money people are dropping on this stuff.

I understand the value of stretching our comfort zones.

The property may be deteriorating as the debtor delays and as his attorney stretches out initial court hearing (in BK court) for 6 months.

Most do so believing its only temporary but s*** happens in this business..... timelines get stretched, appraisals come back lower than expected, rates remain high longer than expected etc. etc. and what's intended to be a short term solution often adds quite a bit of strain to the property and your business.
