Your philosophy is let's compare this strategy to paying your mortgage off in another way or putting your extra money in stocks or saving up to buy rentals or buying a sports car or going to Disneyland or starting a secret family with your secretary, it'll be fun.

Now syndications have become a team sport intended to mislead.

So if your big into water sports, living in the desert could have all the profit in the world but it's going to be miserable hell and odd's are after some months the profits wont matter.

If you study the economics of this industry, you'll see that it's very much like a sports team.  1% makes most of the money, then a small 2nd tier of agents do some transactions and a majority of the rest do nothing. 

The big boys play this as a team sport, so think about what you need to know, who you can get it from and then go find that person.
