Im just asking because in the near future i would like to  offer new construction  homes as turnkey rentals  they will be around 100k and rent would be around 1000 to 1200 a month houses  would be 3-2 no garage max 1500 sf set up with a management  company tlhat specialises  here in this area.

Usually this type of Manager would look after 100-150 doors but this varies if they are apartments in a few close by buildings or SFR’s spread all over.Task based will have a small team looking after a specialised area of each process for a number of properties.

Having recently graduated with a BCom. degree (specialisation: real estate) from University of British Columbia, I moved to Dubai to start my career as a real estate agent.
