Can anyone share a breakdown or budget for a similar project in a similar area?

Do you think a similar regulation is being proposed in Catskills and nearby towns?  

Has anyone been in a similar situation or used some creative ways to unlock the trapped equity?

Days on Market:•If similar 2/2 homes are sitting for months, there may be an oversupply or pricing issue.

Have had similar issues twice - once with a previous PMC and once with an owner who was self-managing before hiring us.The amount we have to document as PMCs though - is MIND-BLOWING and owners really don't appreciate it:(

It also sounds like you own the land your business is on and are thinking about developing the land with a similar building to what is being built next to you?
