This semester I was trying to get into a dorm, but there was a  waiting list of about 400 people.

I plan on attending BiggerPockets meetups in Orlando at the start of next semester of college. 

and gives paying lease signer notice to leave due to breach of lease (and then landlord will have try to rerent it out mid semester, not optimal and expensive for landlord so unlikely).

I had planned to study abroad this upcoming semester but had to cancel to focus on a recovery and graduating.

I am excited to get down there and would love to find someone to work for in the Charlottesville area in real estate during my two semesters that I have left.

My daughter has one semester left before graduating college at the University of Arkansas.I spent much of my time raising my daughter because of my flexible schedule including softball, gymnastics, junior and high school band, daycare place, and piano lessons just to name a few. 

Other options are a semester payment.

She only has one semester left. 

I laugh when I look back and realize what my first goals were:1) Buy a new car with cash- 15,000 value2) Pay for a semester of college tuition- 24,000 value3) World Class European Graduation Vacation- 18,000 value. 4) Save 15,000. 

Aside from the student loans (a separate little loan from every quarter or semester) I used the snowball method like Dave Ramsey teaches.
