You should be able to get a good feel for their knowledge and expertise through digital resources they provide (webinars, youtube videos, social content) Character - You need to believe they have your best in mind and they prioritize it.

That being said, I'm a fan of the buying distressed, forcing equity and either selling or refinancing.

But, we now live across the country and managing from this far just doesn't make sense for us anymore so we are ready to sell.
