I'll say two more things: buying a rental property is not rocket science: find a good agent who is an investor (easier said than done) and you'll figure out the rest as you go.

It's not rocket science, but the sooner you buy the first one, the sooner you can buy number two.

RE definitely isn’t rocket science and anyone can get very wealthy off it if they just give themselves 5-10 years.
