Sink looks fairly new, but that's an old kitchen, very few cabinets and appliances scattered around the room.

Scatter the poison bait blocks behind refrigerators, under stoves and in the crawl space of your rental (anywhere kids and pets cannot get to). 

REI isn't a dart board, with decisions based on scattered opportunities.

Square footage seems to be in the 800-1200 range in that area as well with some scattered newer builds from the late 90s and early 2000s.   

@Tyson Dierschke, it sounds like you are a little scattered and want to do everything you can imagine.

Not to self-bump, but want to make sure I am being clear (my fault, I can be scattered).  

If you haven't looked at 100 apartment deals and spoken to property management companies on running scattered site mfam (apartments that aren't big enough to support onsite staff) chances are you're in for some surprises.Don't be arrogant and in a hurry like I was.

There was recent renovation done to all units, but the rent number are scattered to make it seem like rent was going up in increments because they had long term tenants renewing and not brand new tenants coming in.
