And with the amount of scams out there regarding rental property, I would be super weary of anything requiring payment before I see it (and that includes an application fee)

I had found out then that I was being scammed.

There have been plenty of land scams there for years. 

I really wish BP does a better job at monitoring scamming post like this. 

You may not collect anything, but it will sit on his credit report and prevent him from getting a car loan, home loan, or scamming another landlord.

Not a normal moderator who makes sure that people who post are posting according to the rules, but an advanced moderator that is an authority on all things that he doesn't do himself, and one that can protect the unsuspecting new investor from dangerous partnership structures and people like me, Jonathan, Don and anyone else you may have on your list. 

Go to google and put the name of person / entity you are interested in the search engine, and then add the words "and scam".  

Even paying for an audiobook will be cheaper then their scam courses.

Might be more expensive since you would pay a broker fee, but it's worthwhile to save yourself from scams.
