Where, I lived in Dunedin for two years, the pricing is ridiculous, 500k for 1200 sq ft nothing of homes?  

I'm not saying the list is ridiculous,  because all safety concerns should be addressed.

I'm new here so may not have a full view but the overall climate seems to be-anything to make a deal-ridiculous financing, leverage the home you life in-who cares where it is located it will be easy to rent/manage from hours away-don't be gracious with your tenants and housekeepersMy guess is a tilt toward young and not financially stable which is awesome if remaining sensible. 

These costs begin to add up over time.I know for some seasoned investors, and for the sharks out there this probably sounds ridiculous.

We've heard so many untruths from the seller it's ridiculous.

That's ridiculous, you're losing money just because they are lying to your face and won't stop smoking in the unit.

We started looking at coaching programs and some of these things just seem ridiculous at 20-40 grand, and some seem more like life coaching programs as opposed to real estate programs. we don't want to syndicate we really would just like to find someone that we can bounce deals / ideas off of and have them assist in underwriting and giving us a better sense of security that we are doing the right thing.

Needs a huge remodel (they put the shower in the living room, and you can't open the oven all the way in the kitchen, absolutely ridiculous).I did check the events and meetups category, couldn't find anything nearby. 

I know it sounds ridiculous, but do you see my point?
