Recycling cash is the strategy to use and in order to do this, you have to give it time. 

I tried cash for keys, but this guy knew the system and milked every angle.

The BRRRR strategy recycles capital, while flipping offers quick profits but lacks long-term benefits.

My strategy is not to milk a cheap house for as much as I can, but rather it is to offer a residence that is reliable, presentable, and fairly priced for both myself and the tenant. 

The  market continued to act like there's no consequences.My RE focus was post-labor day, but that was more family oriented and convenient with RE cycles.
