Dig slightly around the poles so you are just slightly below grade and cut the poles off at that point with a reciprocating saw and recycle the metal.

Feel free to be blunt as well as I understand being "kind" does not always translate to success or reciprocity. 

@Steve KenoyerLicensing education is state specific.California, specifically, does not have reciprocity with other states.You'll have to go through the education and testing requirements for both California and Oregon, most likely online.

I called the state about licensing and based on the information they gave me, CO has reciprocity with CA.

Also, NY has no reciprocity with NC.

Florida is a reciprocal state to Connecticut for licensing so I was toying around with the idea of getting a Florida license as well.

Is there reciprocity between GA and PA?

I know CT and GA are reciprocal states but what exactly is the process for working in another state?

SOMETIMES, pre-foreclosures can have some equity, but not very often...... you could always refer the short sale leads to your go-to Realtor (I can refer you to someone if you don't have one...) and hope they reciprocate by pulling comps for you or sending you deals (not too many of those in Portsmouth, though!).
